       Reflects on the freedom teens gain when they chose to postpone sex until marriage

Refusal Skills
       Give teens tools to deal with negative peer pressure and dating situations

Levels of Intimacy
       Explains intimacy and friendship helps teens understand how early sexual involvement hinders the building of intimacy in a relationship

Future Goals
       Empowers teens to believe in their dreams, plan for their futures, and protect their goals

Starting Over
       A hopeful section that gives tips on how to start over and stick to the decision to postpone sex until marriage
